i experienced a delay receiving the complete food order during a peak time at the restaurant. this impacted the overall dining experience, as some items were missing.

housekeeping kept our room very clean. both rooms were the same, with bathrooms stocked with amenities. front office staff are very friendly and helpful. breakfast had a great selection with tasty food. compliments to the management for a great experience, providing five star service and staff.
i requested an upgrade to a riverside top floor room through email. i received no response. windows in the room were a bit grotty in the rails and the pillow were too soft.

the room had everything i needed and was clean and tidy. the staff were excellent throughout my stay. well done to dean, ionela and tammy. they were all very helpful.
i wanted to book dinner but i had to download a separate app. it was fully booked between 4 and 7pm by the time i figured it out. reception could have easily booked a slot for me but it did not happen.
